Pricing and Payment
All prices include tax. There is a $3 transaction fee that has been added for the convenience of booking online. If you wish to go straight to online purchasing, click Online Payment Option and pick from the Massage Therapy or LaStone Therapy treatment times. Cancellation Policy--For appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged for the full price of the scheduled service.
45 minutes of Massage Therapy: $62 ($65 if booked online)
60 minutes of Massage Therapy: $80 ($83 if booked online)
90 minutes of Massage Therapy: $120 ($123 if booked online)
60 minute LaStone Treatment: $95 ($98 if booked online)
90 minute LaStone Treatment: $130 ($133 if booked online)
You have 4 convenient payment options:
1) Cash
2) Personal or Business Cheque. Please make all cheques payable to Evolution Massage Therapy.
3) Direct bill your massage service through Medavie Blue Cross which frees you from having to submit a claim. You will just be responsible for the balance owing for your treatment if your plan does not cover the whole amount. If there is a balance, it can be paid by one of the other payment methods.
4) You can pay online by clicking the link in brackets corresponding with the treatment that you would like. This method allows you to pay using most major credit cards with the security of PayPal.
It is suggested that you contact your Insurance Company to see that massage therapy is covered under your individual plan. All receipts that are given for your treatments can be submitted to your insurance company to go through their own repayment process.
